Curious if anyone else is in on this race. I am all but signed up and trying to gather info on it. So who is in?

Cool, I am not the only one.

Have you done anything about lodging yet? I see the host hotel but everything else seems a bit away, I am not familiar with the area at all

I know the host hotel and it is nice, though when I called they said they were completely booked up. Interestingly, I was still able to reserve a room using the link provided on the tricolumbia website. Ahh, the interweb.

The Baltimore Sun reported recent rains have dropped bay salinity and moved the jellies further south than usual, maybe they will be gone!

I'm, this is my first full distance. Just hoping to cross the finish line at some point.

Pretty quiet out there!

I swam in the bay the other day and it was flat like a pool. Hopefully we'll get a morning like that for the race. NOAA was reporting water temps in the mid-high 70s.

My first triathlon was at age 56. At first I was just the cameraman at my daughter's first triathlon, then I am doing the races that she has done.
