You don't have to be awake for that segment; you can do your bit ahead of time or even after if you forget! for I believe Spirit knows no limits. Just pulled the trigger and got my entry. I hate running but you can think of me at the 13.1 mile mark of the run and I will pray to superpoof she watches over both of us for our races. |

I have no idea when I'll be awake during the race...so I will just let you know that when I'm awake after3:30 pm a(here)... I will be tracking & thinking of you!! Little one normally has been waking up around 1:30 am...so that would be about 5:30 pm in Japan. You'll have a mini BTer thinking of you too!! When she is moving her legs and arms in her sleep that night...I know she'll be dreaming of racing next to Wondress/Yanti!!

I was debating between the first and last mile, but I see it has been chosen. And I have this advice for you: In the last mile, don't be tempted to muscle through it. Make sure you have the right rhythm between muscle activation and relaxation. And Yanti is a paralympic coach? Awesome! |
