 263  |  Subject: Going to the bathroom in the poolAnyone else freely pee in the pool? I drink water between sets which makes me have to pee. When swimmers are at the other end of the pool, I pee without them noticing. I haven't been feeling good the last couple days and today I accidentally pooped as I was pushing out the pee. I didn't know what to do so I quickly got out of the pool and went into the locker room and left the gym. I feel a little guilty that I didn't notify the front desk. Thoughts? |

I guess I was hoping everyone did that. But most everyone else considers 10-20 laps, a workout, they probably can "Hold it". |

On the other hand, it's not helpful either and can cause problems if you drink too much. Poo on the other hand is full of bacteria. Even if they are not pathogens (disease causing) the amount of bacteria in it can cause serious health problems. |
