Our log shows all of the backdated ones we have to process are processed now.
I'm so sorry if some were missed. Does there seem to be anything in common among the ones that didn't come in? (Date range, type of workout, device sent from? )
Thanks for the acknowledgement. Garmin did warn us ahead but assured us everything would just smoothly transition (except for the users who had duplicate accounts and the same Garmin ID ). |
