Awesome job Fred big congrats!

Update for friend and Female Pro Caitlin - SHE WON the race she just got married on Friday, today he won IMLP (with a 2:59 hr marathon) and now she is going to Kona. Congrats! (his husband Tim Snow finished 10th on the Pro field). Defending champion, new pro and PBMC athlete Alex McDonald finshed 8th.

I can't wait to do this race next year!

Lauren is on the second half of the run, 2:32 for the first half... pretty impressive for someone who did much of their run training aquajogging.

Might prove useful in these conditions?  Seriously, it looks pretty rough out there.  I am truly impressed with every single person out there today: racing, volunteering, spectating, whathaveyou.
