While the current avatar is definitely cool, I vote for new!

I'm riding for a new team this year. Last year our arm warmers had maple leafs around the bottom of the left one and bikes around the bottom of the right one. This matched the design on the jerseys and shorts.

I was so happy this year to not have to remember to put my arm warmers on the right way. That's what I thought anyway. Then I saw this picture from the weekend.
