First ride sown for me.  Not much but 20 minutes is better than no ride.

Worked for me.

I tried to move over the fancy percentage completed formulas, but it shows my 19.39% from my spreadsheet as .19%.  If someone wants to tweek the formulas to get the decimal point in the right place, it should calculate individual goal percentages.  I also added an average of all of the individual percentages which should work once everyone has entered their information.

Got it to work for me but I can be of no help on the formula thing. I'm like a blind squirrel in the desert when it comes to that stuff.

Trainer road again this morning: multiple big gear short intervals! My legs felt shaky afterwards but in a good way.

Got a short recovery ride later then next ride is Friday AM.

How good was that time trial, Go Orica Greenedge!!!

i'll play with it today and see if I can get it to recognize - not sure if i can do team average - since we are using both minutes/miles...and i'll take a look at the percentage thing, if I can

I figured it out.  The individual percentage complete column has been added on the end.  The team average is just an average of the individual averages, so it should just average out.

Once everyone has put it their goals and started logging, everything should work.  The formulas for QueenZip and mikoy are set up for mileage goals, but are easily changed for time goals (the D in the formula just needs to be changed to C in both places).

yeah - since some were doing miles and some were doing time - I figured letting each pick was going to be the easiest...and then trying to parlay everything into an averages...lol! somewhere along the line my pretty chart got lost - but that is an easy fix

Stage 3 complete - 59:51.  Finished the main set just as Orica-GreenEDGE was getting first place in the team TT!

No logging until Sunday, but I should pick up a few more miles of riding.

Ladies and Gents, not to be a pain, but can we put a 1 day - 1 stage rule into effect. I am always going to be one night behind on my viewing of the Tour. Another words not discuss what happened yesterday until tomorrow.

Ok with me, but I didn't mention the Orica bus getting stuck sideways across the TT route and all of the teams using a ramp to jump over it.

So you are talking about a 48 hour rule as opposed to a 24 hour rule, right?

Basically, don't talk about stage 5 until stage 6 is complete, and no, I'm not referring to any of our logged rides or anything like that.

thankfully it decided to clear up - enough that I could ride outside, but was still dreary...the first five miles or so there were some sprinkles of rain...but after that...

but my stage 2 is done - 25.23m and 98 minutes

also tweaked the spreadsheet slightly, there are now 2 average columns, one is for miles (4 of us), one is for minutes (2 ppl) and we still have 1 person who hasn't checked in yet...but it is an easy fix if they do...(although when can we vote off the island?)

Stage 3 Done for 33.09 Miles.

I felt sick this morning and rode 2.83 miles before stopping. I went back out around 3:30 and was able to knock out a 30.26 mile ride. Only one stage but I had the morning miles to this afternoons ride.

By the way I'm caught up now on the Tour.

Missed my ride yesterday after friends turned up who were passing through on holiday. Need to make it up this weekend. Looking forward to seeing the start of the mountain stages in the Pyrenees!

Ok, 3rd ride done, 3 x 6 mins at 105% FTP on the trainer, I was shaking afterwards! I won't discuss the stage but enjoyed watching it.
