Hi team....just got back into town after a whirlwind weekend in PA.....

My goal will be modest because I have a run focus going on for marathon training......but I will ride at least 8 rides for the challenge.

I was originally going to do a Sufferfest per stage but new plan: Trainer Road 40k TT moderate volume plan.

I'll be away during the second week but I'll take my bike so my target is 6 hours riding per week for the duration of the TdF.

Here is a spreadsheet that I lifted from one of the other teams.  I double checked the formulas and I think they work.  It seems to be easier with mileage goals than with hours.  With hours you have to log % of hours - my time so far is 3:20 which works out to 3.33.  If someone already has something better, I'm am fine with using that instead.
