I am definitely in I can't run for the next 6 weeks due to plantar fasicilitus and I got the cortisone shot yesterday... 

3-4 core a week, I will be away last week of May/ first week of June so INTERNET access will be intermittent so I will try to post the best I can.  I will be doing them!!!!

YES, 10 or more equals a workout

Try posting your results on a daily basis, that way we can stay on your but when you are not doing them and you captain can get your numbers.

If it isn't my buddy KILTBOY,  Hows it going HAZ?  I will go for 3 min. a week and get back to the BT ab/core workout.  Can I request tritwinmom and nightowl on my team?  Please!! plaese!!  I won't ever mention KILTBOY again.

By workout I believe he means incorporating the WHOLE core.  

Crunches - upper abs

Knee lifts crunches -  lower abs

Side planks - obliques 

Superman - lower back

I believe we are trying to strengthen the entire middle section with this challenge not just the SHOW muscles..  If I am wrong Mr.  Haz can explain better.

Think I'm going to sit this challenge out.  Just a few too many parameters for me.  One thing I've learned the hard way is that I need to work within my own parameters or I end up injured. 

Still have the three weekly ab workouts on the schedule.  No question, they are absolutely critical towards better performance.  My workouts will only include 5-6 exercises, but they are what I believe will fit best into my training plan right now.

As for the workout routine! Don't get too bent out of shape on the QUANTITY, yes lot is good, but we want EVERYONE to succeed (except for saling, he just sucks )

We are looking at working the CORE so that incorporates lots of exercises.

Yes, MAY 1st the battle begins, my computer was stolen earlier this week, so I am WAY behind in gettin the team assembled, sorry everyone, I am powerless against the Crack Addict riddled area I work in. We are const. being pestered with B&E's in the area. Bast*** came right through the glass door and the ONLY thing he took was MY laptop! Should be up by Saturday afternoon.

Here I am being nice to HAZ and can everyone see how he treats me.  Broadsword my rumpus, oops I think that is what he was thinking,  OUCH!!  I think the BC by his name stands for Big Crybaby.

 

Hope ya'll have fun and remember this is NOT about who can do 5000 crunches in 5 min.,  It is about consistent training.  Pilates, yoga, specific ab workout, etc..  IMHO if 10 crunches is all you can do to start....Then start and we can all get inspired by your improvements.
