If it isn't my buddy KILTBOY, Hows it going HAZ? I will go for 3 min. a week and get back to the BT ab/core workout. Can I request tritwinmom and nightowl on my team? Please!! plaese!! I won't ever mention KILTBOY again. By workout I believe he means incorporating the WHOLE core. Crunches - upper abs Knee lifts crunches - lower abs Side planks - obliques Superman - lower back I believe we are trying to strengthen the entire middle section with this challenge not just the SHOW muscles.. If I am wrong Mr. Haz can explain better.
It is going well saling, thanks for asking, as for the team you are destined for...we'll see. I want tritwinmom on my team, so you may be screwed! Cause you sure ain't gunna be on the same team as me! LOL, but we shall see.
As for the workout routine! Don't get too bent out of shape on the QUANTITY, yes lot is good, but we want EVERYONE to succeed (except for saling, he just sucks  )
We are looking at working the CORE so that incorporates lots of exercises. |
