10% good leads. That is a veritable, gold mine of data.

TW

Yeah, but picking through 90% shyte is rather distasteful.

n=ln(.5)/ln(.9)=6.57

You only need to call 6.57 people for a 50% shot at a good client even if you pick randomly.

Math can be so reassuring.

Not that my limited knowledge or experience to the whole low carb thing.  But I personally don't try to count carbs at all.  But I do count calories.  I just stay away from "carby" things.  Things made of flour, sugar, potatoes, fruit or rice.  To me, lots of green veggies and lean protein seem to be effective.  But to be honest, I'm not sure if it's the low carb, or the low calories that have more impact.

Pretty much what I'm doing, but obvi no gluten at all.
Last night we made turkey burger patties with buffalo cheese, sauteed onions/mushrooms, salad, and I made sweet potato fries. Was GOING to do green beans but the grocery store was completely out. Who runs out of green beans??

I miss rice. Might re-introduce quinoa one of these days when I have a heavy training weekend.

It was raining so hard today the RAIN set off the backup alarm on my car when I was backing out of my garage.  How crazy is that?

YUM! I made shrimp scampi over linguini. I'm de-facto Catholic seeing my wife and daughter are. Ash Wednesday. It's really tough because neither of them really like seafood like I do. I could be very content with Lent, but instead, it's cheese pizza instead of grilled salmon or swordfish.

Wow.  I have had mine go off with a strong gust of wind or a LOUD thunder clap, but never rain...

62 mile bike ride on Saturday and a 10 mile run on Sunday.  Got my first tri of the season next weekend, so it's time to peak my volume.

Nothing out of the ordinary for my weekend plans, although last night I went to a screening of the film "Starring Adam West" followed by a QnA session with the Batman himself. He's a class act, enjoys and respects his fans and responded honestly and witty at the same time.

We're going to tour the PEZ factory!

The PEZ factory sounds super cool!

Even tho its my birthday weekend not so much.  I asked a bunch of friends for dinner tonight or Friday or Saturday but everyone is too busy.  I am meeting my wedding planner Saturday at my venue but otherwise not much going on as usual.  I am going to treat myself to nice bike ride outside someplace interesting on sunday.

Do they do that thing with the Diet coke at the museum?  Sorry, that was Mentos.  That would have been fun,

Hey guys, nobody told me that my team, the great Yellow Jackets of Georgia Tech beat Syracuse. I missed that the game was on TV.   It may have been like kicking a guy while he's down because Syracuse has gone like 1 for their last 5 but still.  My team beat a probable top 8 seed in the NCAA.

The plan for the weekend is to go cheer the Jackets one last time.  Then I guess I will start spring training for the Braves games.  It is supposed to be nice weather so some slow jogs and rides around midtown will be on the schedule.  The sights are always entertaining.

Have fun.
