|  Subject: RE: DOWN for the Holidays!Whew - this is a heck of a week for  me - too much to do at work, too much to do at home, and not nearly enough hours before all of the stuff to do is due.  Good news?  I don't have much time to eat  (although I do make sure I'm eating - I know better than that ).  Bad news?  Sugar is calling my name!  I've been able to resist so far... 
  
What I can tell you is that popping in here a few times a day makes it a lot easier - sadly, I've been so busy, even that is tricky.      Hopefully things will slow down next week - but I'll check in when I can. 
  
No pushups for me.  No training really - taper...well, if taper means working your butt off outside of the gym, then yes.  And my green veggies = bagged salads.  Yikes!  I need to get back on the program. |
