So it makes sense to you that Little Drummer Boy and Silent Night came on right after Eye of the Tiger.... good thing I was just taking a shower and not running my next race. :P4agoodlife - 2013-04-10 3:01 AM ahhh... gotta love shuffle on the iPod. Rihanna, Nickelback, Survivor I ran with music at a race for the first time on Sunday. Just before the starting 'gun' the music changed from AC/DC to Micheal Buble's Christmas Album. Took the edge of my adrenaline rush a little. |

If you're not so competitive that you'll push yourself on this HM when slow jog or walking is needed, then support a good cause. I'm still working on my race report should be up today. It's probably way too detailed but it's my first HIM so I want to detail everything for my records. Considering a 1/2 marathon for autism this saturday. I ran this morning and felt great. Too much too soon? I don't really have the base for a 1/2 marathon and don't want to risk injury but could be a nice endurance run for good cause. |

But I am a nerd and think this is so cool--I've seen a lot of endoscopies, but none on a rescued harbour porpoise. You are gross. BTW, thanks for your tag line which helped keep me going on my run at the weekend. You are welcome, on both counts. |

I'm surprised that you are even asking this question considering your recent IT band issues. Running this event probably falls into the "inviting injury" category of training. This does not even go into the fact that you are supposed to be recovering at this time. |

It's still a long way to walk, though. |

Such untenably shytty days yesterday and day before -- last night I was at the mall at 9pm (I hate shopping) because our house computer blew up (it's also used as an office computer, so we have someone working on it full time and we needed it NOW). Just could NOT resist this little find, though ... It's got WOW, HO, E.T., a bat-like alien and skulls on it! It's me to a T! I remind you of something awesome you used to ride. YES! By the way, I love New York. I always have. I never found the people unfriendly--quite the opposite. Just not California-fake or prone to excess verbiage, unless you're in Brooklyn. |

I couldn't live most places on the East Coast but NYC is an exception. I'm betting Boston will be great too. I've always been a huge fan of big cities though. The people here are fantastic, too. That part was very unexpected. Asalzwed - 2013-04-09 8:58 PM Gah...New York. I could live here. Yup. Really? I hate the East Coast. Ok - Hate is probably to strong of a word, but I could never live anywhere on the East Coast. Visit - sure...live, no way. (The Navy put me on the East coast for 4 years) I have met many an East Coast transplant that love it here, but when I lived there, I rarely met someone from the West coast that didn't want to go home. That IS surprising to hear. My guess is that it has a lot to do with the person they are conversing with! You are very likeable. I'm so excited for your race! ????? I was so right about the demented thing. She's not likeable, she's lovable |

Melon Presser 52116 | Subject: RE: Mad Mutant Manatee Mentors 4--CLOSED It was $20. Top name-brand suit (Arena) with a racer-back. And looking like that (i.e., already loud and still begging to be paired with mismatched neon), how could I resist? |
