I don't know if the warmers would still b e carried--they were on super-clearance when I got them...but they are of the Sugoi brand, if that helps. They are also quite toasty.

Screamer legs are quite odd looking--well, the feet are--those things are HUGE...and they walk with a certain grace too. Also, they do 'scream'--when they call you can hear them throughout the zoo.

If a company/site has spammed repeatedly in the past, their name/site goes into the BT filter.

Ohhhhhh. That makes sense!

Yanti - Are you getting any weather from the super typhoon north of ya'll. I saw it this morning and it is absolutely huge and scary. I hope all is well with the entire, and extended, Funny Farms.

Kate - It is nice to see the pics. Focus on the good in life and remember that your co-worker is only in your life for 8 hours a day. He has to spend 24/7 with himself, and that can't be fun.

Jo - It is nice to see that you are soon to be in the water, a big Congrats! Now get out there and get moving.

Erin - Good news on your kitty. I hope your dude free evening was enjoyable. And enjoy the Manatee time this weekend, I hope to be doing the same.

Jen - I continue to keep your job prospects in my thoughts and prayers.

Felicia - I hope all is well with you as well, how is the health coming around. I'm guessing you are seeing improvements????

Ann-Marie - There is no reason to freak out, you did a great deal of training and have things well in hand. Your mind is the strongest part of your body and it will keep your hammy in it's place.

I hope everyone else is doing great. Train well, stay safe and remember these words of wisdom from Kid President - "If we all make today awesome for somebody else, it'll make it an awesome day for everyone."

Thanks, Chris. I always get anxious before races, especially when I have a long taper; it's just what I do . And what is this bit about "hoping" to get some manatee time? Are you thinking of bailing on me

Went through his gallery in Springdale, UT with my MIL. She had some serious discussions with the gallery manager about several of his pieces. The manager was sensing "blood in the water", so she pointed out this piece. Said that each photograph captures a moment in time that may never be caught again, as the rock formation on the far left here is no longer standing. I opened my mouth, looked at her, and closed my mouth. Don't think she would have appreciated my "Well, good thing he took it before the boy scout leaders got up there" joke. Sometimes I can use my better judgment...just sometimes.

And if you're unsure of my scouts reference: http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/10/21/21065930-boy-scouts-toss-two-utah-leaders-who-tipped-over-ancient-rock

Funny you mention that, since it is the first thing I thought when I saw it in use.

I may have Nap or Pool Time in there next though I have to go back and find out what 5 or so words were used.

Beautiful picture. My family and I love Goblin Valley. I haven't been so outraged about something as I was about that incident in a long time. I know there are more important issues in the world, but seriously?

We will be in Utah in a little over two weeks. We may have to try to get down to Goblin Valley. My little guy hasn't seen it yet, even if he does wear the t-shirt to school all of the time.(Gotta love hand-me-downs)

I haven't been to Goblin Valley, but it looks pretty cool!  Meant to post these for you a couple of days ago. Zion treated us to some beautiful fall colors...

Well, good thing I didn't put it in log! DH told me this afternoon that he's just tired out and maybe not pneumonia recovered yet. Poor guy So TJ is going to have to "settle" for a hike after I cruelly dangled a race in front of her. Poor TJ

Near the end of one of my long runs, I noticed my left hip aching. There was a slight pop with each step. The hip was sore for 2 days after the run.
