Subject: RE: 100 pushups in 6 weeksWeek 4, day 2. 25,29,25,25 (ugly set but made it ), final set max 19. Going to have to try this one again on Monday as I didn't get enough reps in the max set. I'm starting to think the week 3-6 ramp up schedule is pretty aggressive and will be interested to see how progress goes, but I'll keep at it until I hit the 100 success. Maybe just the starting test makes it too easy to skip the initial weeks? I also just re-read the plan and see that it shows a rest of 90 seconds or longer between sets. I was at doing them 60 seconds, I didn't see that each day had a different rest interval (60,90,120 ). Not sure how much that will help but will follow it on the next workout. |
