Many of the celebs in this area go out of their way to make themselves conspicuous. Most of them are pro athletes in their early 20s with instant wealth. They have vanity plates and jewelry with their names on it.

It's not even celebs here. People RENT TO OWN THEIR WHEELS, you think they're not 5 years' worth of upside down on that H2/Escalade lease?

Parked next to one on 30" rims at the courthouse last week. IT was glorious.

I have a customer (I sell tires) who does the whole rent to own thing for wheels. It's entertaining to watch them try to figure out exactly how to repo someone's wheels.

Yeah, certainly the same here, with the young celebs and athletes. But interestingly enough, they're still a small percentage of overall SUV/luxury car owners, most of whom I am quite sure don't have the income the celebs do.

I'm gonna make like Yehuda Moon and go putter around on my bicycle. Gots to go to de dogs now. Cheers, all!

ConSMACKulations!!! Mwah!

It's awesome having you around. You're a Rawk Star.

'Cause we all just wanna be big rawk stars
And live in hilltop houses driving fifteen cars
The girls come easy and the drugs come cheap
We'll all stay skinny 'cause we just won't eat
And we'll hang out in the coolest bars
In the VIP with the movie stars
Every good gold digger's
Gonna wind up there
Every Playboy bunny
With her bleach blond hair
And we'll hide out in the private rooms
With the latest dictionary and
today's who's who
They'll get you anything
with that evil smile
Everybody's got a
drug dealer on speed dial
Hey hey I wanna be a rawkstar

A lot of people don't like how 'generic' Nickelback's music is, but its pleasant and the lyrics are great.

Dude. Ew.

Dude. Ew.

I am in concurrence with this opinion.

We need to learn Spokesy to some good music with rapidity.

I've heard that too.  I just find the songs entertaining and like to listen to them.  "All the Right Reasons" is a great album.

Many times I put "photograph" on repeat for a couple times during my runs.

chadtower - 2008-06-12 3:12 PM That is a fantastic article. May as well be about me and my kids.

Thanks.  Really.  Thank you.  I don't have kids yet but I loved it.  Now I have to explain to my secretary why her boss is tearing up.  Just beautiful.
