Great, great Race today - cool temps, not too much sun.  Saw lots of guys from my local tri team.  I'm sure you heard me screaming my head off at the Finish Line , Fred.

Wow, great day for BTers!

Congrats to Alaina. Incredible!
Josh, Mike and James and Bob(JoshKaptur, Cusetri and Tasr and RSheung)) all had incredible days. I was very happy with my results but became hyponatremic at the end and my run fell off a bit. Was in the med tent for a bit, but better now.

I saw James and Bob a lot on the bike and Cuse and Dan and Ryan a lot as well.

Fun (tough) day.

I was 19th out of 534 in M40-44 (top 10 get spots) I AM GOING TO ROLL-DOWN tomorrow, but realistically it won't drop to my number, but after the Eagleman debacle, I'm DEFINITELY GOING!

Great job out there Fred, you never know with the roll down, here's hoping

GO  At IMFL in 2008 it rolled down to like 60th place in your AG.  My friend was like 25th and could have gone.....He almost cried when I told him.  Hoep you are feeling better soon!!!  Salt is your friend!!

Oh, Lord! I pray she get's a rolldown.

She is definitely in. Kristin Andrews, the top overall female non-pro (she was also the top overall female amateur at Columbia and Eagleman) is a friend and she got her slot at Eagleman this year so Alaina is in.

Do you know for sure that she took the slot? Her name doesn't show up on the Eagleman site or the qualified athletes... I will still go to rolldown, of course

Oh wait- nevermind- the list they have is actually for 2009- they don't have an updated list for 2010. I won't get excited yet.....

Still 4 more to go, I'll probably watch the last hour, being on the west coast has its benefits (that and being neighbors with Snoop).

Gogoggo!

Last two are in. Mike and Sue Zerrahn (trizee) came in with about a minute-and-a-half left.

WOW.

I was trying to figure out how to post that trizee and his wife didn't make it, then with less than 2 minutes they finish together!  Simply an amazing finish and congratulations...that finish brought me to tears.  Bravo!
