I'm sure TJ is kinder than I. They say absence makes the heart grow fonder! I too would be kind if she could move back out and be more absent, |

Pennsylvania | Subject: RE: More Manatee Mayhem - 2017 Edition - Closed Never would I have imagined I'd be so happy to run so slow and such a short distance but I am over the moon over my .75 mile, 15 min/mile 'run' this morning on the Alter-G treadmill! Today was just a demo, so I wasn't allowed/expected to be on very long. I'm set up to go 2x a week the next two weeks, we'll see how it goes but so far so good! Later and/or tomorrow may be the real tell - often my Achilles whines much worse after the fact. I ran! I ran! First time since Thanksgiving Day. |

Master 8249 Eugene, Oregon | Subject: RE: More Manatee Mayhem - 2017 Edition - Closed Highly recommended for anyone stuck indoors for a long ride this weekend, if you like "virtual cycling" videos. There are others on the site that look promising as well--several in the two-hour plus range. You will need to provide your own tunes. I recommend something classical with this--Grieg's Pier Gynt Suite was awesome! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37aQnKI3WbY I have hiked and biked in this area, though not exactly this route, and it really does look like that--the light is amazing!
