Exhausting.

Travel and stuffs all day Saturday, Olympic tri and travel home yesterday.

Had a HUGE P.R. -- fast, fun, course.  Jordan Rapp was there racing, which was pretty neat.

How was yours?

We raced Saturday morning then the Crownys came and fetched us and we all went to Michigan wine country and had some wine and whiskey and then had dinner and Sunday I played baseball and Monica rode her bike for four hours.

What sucks is that even after all that run work that I've been putting in (or at least running more than I ever have before to do this whole "training" thing), that 10K STILL wasn't a PR for me.  Booooo.

You DID???  Don't tell Brad, he'll be all hurt that you're stealing his thunder.

I'm on the fence for buying a pair of the cool wings, but after getting seriously burnt on the bike over 2 weekends (there is NO recovering from these tan lines... NONE) I'm leaning more and more towards getting some.

CONGRATS!!

She beat my time.....I'm VERY hurt.

But, obviously, mine was a harder race, being an m-dot and all.....

Congrats again Lisa!

Yes, and clearly your 140.6 will be much harder than my 140.6 this year as well as mine's not an M-Dot.  Good thing I'm thinking of going back to an M-Dot next year - these "other" 140.6 races aren't challenging at all!

'zactly.....

That's why I won't do a non-Ironman branded race. I want a challenge....not like a long sprint.

I can actually see that. Isn't that the school being fiscally responsible?
