I have konked myself doing backstroke a couple of times, once badly enough to have a nasty headache for most of a 24-hour trip back to Vietnam the following day, but had no idea it could be that serious. Maybe's there's an upside to not being very fast. |

I had just the upper last time and it wasn't a big deal but this one left me looking like my sport might be MMA and not running. I apparently have ocular rosacea (that sounds made up, right?) and it's driving me up the wall.
