Last week I missed 2 days so I'm back on this again this week.  Of course once again I did not print up the weeks schedule so I winged it this morning!

Push-ups: 15, 13, 13, 15, 19 = 75

Ok, I have to ask...how long do you rest between sets?  Do you do exactly what it calls for or take longer?  Do you think taking a longer rest would make a huge difference come time to do all 100 simultaneously?  I admit there have been days when I do them while getting ready and have "forgotten" that I'm supposed to get down and push so there has been like a 3 minute "rest" between sets.

It says on the top of the...chart..whatever you call it. 60sec on day one of the week 90secs on day two and 120secs on day three.

What I need to know is for the progress tests, do I rest a day before and after a make the test before I continue the workout plan?

Week 2, Day 3;

12, 13, 10, 10, 15= 60

I moved down to the second column today and still struggled. I guess i'll see where I stand when I do my progress test tomorrow. I have a feeling it'll take a week or two long tha six. But this is a fun challenge, I dont care if it takes me til next June i'm gonna do 100!!!

It depends for me. For Week 5 Day 1 they had 5 sets but more pushups per set so I took 90 seconds between. Day 2 was 8 sets but less per set so I took the listed time (45 seconds I think) between.

WEEK4, DAY3: 16,18,13,13,23(max)

That was hard today. On Monday I am planning on the progress test and then I will see, if I can move on into week 5.... I could not lift my arms over my head shortly after the last set.

Week 3, Day 3 - 22, 30, 20, 20, 28 = 120

I barely squeezed out the last few in the final set.  It was really tough today for some reason.

Oh, this looks like fun.  I'd like to join in.  I did the initial test yesterday and got 33.  But being an old fart, I think I'll start on week 2 tomorrow.

You guys who are so far along are awesome!

I didn't realize that if you did a higher number than the ranges listed in the first week you could start at the later weeks. Ah well, extra practice.

Tomorrow after swim class we have to do an exhaustion test again (end of Week 2). I have a feeling exhaustion will definitely be the word for it!!
