Flying to Philly tonight, headed to the beach with the family tomorrow.

The daily agenda, according to my sisters, is run, beach, drink, shower, sleep. I can get down with that.

That sounds like an awesome weekend!

Tony and I have AG Nats on Sunday, but...  going to Milwaukee tonight to see a bunch of peoples who are racing the Olympic, have some drinks, laugh that they have to race the next day, wake up with a mild hangover, see said peoples race, go ride a mechanical chili pepper at a Mexican restaurant, test ride the Ninja 1000, go have more drinks and staying with friends Saturday night, race Sunday morning and then home.

I think that about covers it?

Movie date tonight, roller derby tomorrow, concert on Sunday.  Somewhere in there I need to fit in a 7 mile run and maybe an open water swim.

My weekend will make you all jealous:

Tonight, I am changing the oil in my car ( I am all about saving some money)

Tomorrow-75 mile in prep for my upcoming 140.6 race

Sunday- 12 mile run before church to prepare for my upcoming 140.6  race (means I have to get up early early early cause I am slow)

Just picked up my son's race packet for the HyVee Ironkids race tomorrow. He is very excited and been training for over a month. I'm a proud dad, his first triathlon.

Proud papa. My son did incredible for his first triathlon and qualified for the championship at the HyVee triathlon in Des Moines. My son and wife are the only two who have been on a podium in this house for the last three years. I'm the worst triathlete in the house.
