I totally should... 3 months of employment is long enough to think I deserve a raise!!

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only person around here to make a move on a chick wearing a snuggie.

UGH!

I've seen some pics of the flooding that's going on right now in some areas of KS... scary stuff - are you safe from it all?

Yep, my basement is wet but nothing crazy. Our downtown/river areas and bike paths are flooded over and the area lakes are at capacity. We went from EXTREME DROUGHT and the city asking residents to conserve water, to flooding.

More rain tonight!

Yikes!  Stay safe, especially with more rain coming.  Hopefully there will be an end to the craziness soon?

I hope they don't.....cuz then shes gonna be all "Betty this" and "Betty that".

Give it a rest.

And then she'll bring up Ironman......seesh. I'm already tired of all that.

Oh....and another thing..... I preferred Veronica over Betty....

(I'll compose a very nice e-mail for you.......really)

I am suppose to do a 70 mile plus ride tomorrow for my upcoming 140.6 race and the guy I was riding with just cancelled. Looks like I am going solo tomorrow.

I hate to ride solo. But oh well...

Much better.

When I was training for my Ironman, I rode alone a lot......mentally it helped.

(see what I did there)

Agree. When I did my third Ironman (or Iron-distance race rather) 13 days ago I was glad I had ridden lots.

It is going to be a struggle for me to get in more than 1 100 mile rides with work, kids, and everything else!  So I ride as much as I can for my 140.6 that I am doing.
