Had breakfast of soy shake and English muffin. Drove to race. Didn't warm up much. I put on the Garmin HRM strap, but forgot the wrist part.

Awesome job on the personal best.  Congratulations.  It's amazing watching you juggle the roles of athlete, mom, wife, student, career woman.  You do it well.  I'm enjoying watching your journey to Ironman this year!
