Getting ready to cook dinner, then pack, then sleep, then get up, then drive to park to swim!

Trucks packed already.

Some items I brought along for the BT house besides Mr Coffee

4 pack TP
1 roll paper towel
decent stack of cheap paper plates
cheap plastic wear like spoons, forks (boxes of 40 something) and just a few knives (probably not enough but should save on dishes for Chef Jorges Dinner)
a few kitchen garbage bags
two somewhat full hand soaps

Just dropping in to wish everyone luck this weekend. I won't be able to attend any of the pre-race festivities but hope to meet a few of you this weekend. This will be my first half, and I'm hoping the weather forecast holds up!

Best of luck!

I thought Indiana weather changes a lot, but that's the weather... not the forecast! Sheesh.

If anyone needs something brought, let me know. I'm still home, got lots of stuff, can bring most of it. And I'm bringing an aero helmet, if anyone wants to try. May have a Zipp 404 rear not being used, too, depending on the ride setup ms. thang wants to employ. It's the 404 or a disc.

And Robyn...what the hell else do you need? (aside from your coach-toy). Wheels, skewers, the right cassette?!  Bring lube and a cloth, tho....the disc has been off the bike for a while, needs a little refresh. I'll do the labor, but need the materials.

It looks like the weather is taking a turn.  The wind is expected to shift from out of the North overnight.  Expect cooler temperatures and a tailwind of 9-12mph on the last 20 miles of the bike.  Also, showing highs during the run in the mid-seventies.  Nice!!!

Game on!!!

Warm.  It is even comfortable without the wetsuit on, as long as nothing crazy happens it looks like we should be good for water temps.
