Good luck. I did the spring Oly there as a practice for my first 70.3 this year. Have fun! Its a good course.

I too signed up for my first Half Ironman at this year's Fall Bassman in Jersey.  I really wish it was Sinking/Biking/Running cause I'd have a much better shot at surviving this.  I'm happy that it's finally here but scared outta my mind.  How are you feeling about it at this point?

 Good Luck this weekend!  Give me a shout, I'll be the big idiot with a Mo-Hawk lagging behind just about everyone!
