Subject: Warning for IMMoo'ers and anyone else leaving a bike in transition overnight...When you go to your rack the next morning, check all of your components very carefully. I racked my bike early on Saturday and walked away feeling like I had prepared for everything. Everything EXCEPT having another competitor purposely tamper with my race setup. When I got to transition in the morning, I noticed that one of my Xwing bottle cages wasn't setting right and saw that I had lost a screw from the top of bottle cage. All day I was thinking "well, maybe the metal tension of the xwing caused it to pop out." Today, as I was about to replace the screw, I noticed that A 2ND SCREW WAS ALSO MISSING. They had to have been purposely removed because they were done so that the bottle cage itself wouldn't have fallen off, but also wouldn't hold a bottle. I'm just glad that I wasn't counting on that bottle cage for my nutrition.
