AWESOME!!!

Yeah, I just watch that and my excuses all seem lame. Makes me realize what a whiner I can be!

My dogs ate my Garmin too. Well, they just cracked the screen and tore the rest of it apart. I wasn't surprised though, as they've chewed up my cell phone and ripped off 17 keys from my laptop before. You would think I'd have learned to be more careful by now.

I decided not to look.  I don't need any more excuses.  I had a migraine the other day that sidelined me for a day.

My wife brought her teacher friends over and the 5 of us polished off 9 bottles of wine?  I wasn't good to go from Friday night through Sunday.  Getting older sucks.

Wife goes into labor?

That's going to be my excuse any day now.

I told my wife I was packing my running stuff in 'the bag'.  She thought I was kidding.

Phils in the World Series Wed and Thurs. Have all good intentions of working out but just know I'll be enticed by beer, food and friends.

Really good reason to be uber-pizzed.

But not an excuse not to train ........
