Wasn't sure if this was a race or a training run until the gun went off. It was a race. I went out too fast and could tell by mile 2. Otherwise I held on ok. Didn't have any muscle to get up the hills.

Nice Run Mike, wish I could have been there, but I'm resting up for the Indoor Mile I'm running tomorrow morning.
