I'll be doing this with people from my work (Navy Recruiting District Phoenix). Anyone else going to be running this one? It sounds like a lot of fun.

I have done this race for the past 3 years and it is always a blast! It's cool to run down the tunnel onto the field at Sun Devil staduim for the finish. This year I will be racing in Mexico that weekend, an unfortunate race scheduling conflict

I'm signed up and can't wait.  I've regretted not doing it in the past as it falls on our wedding anniversary weekend.  This year it's right on the anniversary itself, but I've made plans for the weekend around this event.

On my calendar, it's Saturday, April 18th.  Tons of people runnng and walking (Tanya - - I still have no idea how I happened to see you from the chute - - I can only hold so many spots!!)

Haha...maybe it IS on Saturday. I know it's the 18th.  Fitzy....if you can hold my place again this year so I can come running up 30 seconds before the gun goes off, I would appreciate it!!! And hobbit boy.....is the 18th your birthday? Yeah....I will beat you to it on the 16th!  I am many light years older than you, though.

My guess is that she would first thing I am retarded, but then say fine go run your stupid race. LOL I am racing an XTERRA in Vegas May 2nd and she is already trying to figure out if she can go and take the new baby. We would probably leave my 2 year old with grandma for the weekend. She doesn't really like this triathlon stuff, but she is great and supports my crazy ideas. She enjoyed the motocross racing much better. She constantly make fun of my SPANDEX. LOL
