How cool, that little guy must be over the moon with that, I bet both he and his dad will remember that moment for a long time.

That was pretty cool, and the kid has got talent!  Not sure if I'd let an 8 year old climb that sort of hill though ...... regardless of natural ability.

Oh, and Dad deserves to be b-tch slapped.  Talk about being a Fred.  Complete Livestrong kit with a Trek Madone??  C'mon, be frickin' original ......

Calm down Rick, it's a big world.  Plenty of room for everybody, original and unoriginal.

For me, that's pretty d@mn cool to be able to ride with his son up a col.  Now that's a summer vacation...

Kinda on anyway.  Good thing there's nothing really important that goes on in the front half of your brain.

On a serious note though, how cool!  I love it when famous people who could justify being jerks go out of their way to make a really positive impact on a fan, especially when that fan is a kid.  Awww.

Yeah, and I noticed his dad is wearing Performance's brand, Forte, tri shoes because I have the same shoes.

That is pretty darn cool about the kid, what a climb!

Awesome - that kid is STRONG! Climbing a huge grade that has Lance sweating, and he's smiling the whole way up at age 8. Wow!

I was thinking the same thing.  Had to be a cool day for both of them though.
