Pro 4054   yep, |  Subject: Beginner Triathlete of the Month - PENNSTATE (Fred)I would like to start this thread and congratulate Fred first and foremost for being the Beginner Triathlete of the Month. I've had the great opportunity to meet Fred once (though very brief) he made a great impression on me. I've raced with Fred during a few races and follow his training from time to time. But I'm glad other people will be able to see what makes Fred a great triathlete and member on BT
