That spots sounds good as I was curious how the water exit looks anyway with the exit having "big rocks".  I heard they have mats in the water to run out on to avoid the rocks.?.  Sounds interesting to say the least.  How about meeting at the swim exit around 6:50?  The pre-race meeting is at 7:10...is it held near the swim start?

Typically, the pre-race meeting is just outside of transition towards the lake (near the swim exit)... so that would work.  After the pre-race, the whole group walks up to the swim start...  I'll be the "oversize" guy in the group!

Must have died down by the time I got there.  Picked up packet had no wait, but then waited at the check-out a bit to buy a couple of Gus to down pre-race.  See you tomorrow o-dark hundred!

Finally got around to looking at the race pics on the site that the race director emailed out a few weeks ago.  Low and behold, the second pic is of us meeting and chatting pre-race!

Oh yeah, I saw that then forgot about it.   I wished the photographer had asked us to pose (or even to look)...

Crazy Photographers!  I'm actually racing the next one, but if you know someone who know's how to run a big camera, I'll lend them mine to photograph the event...
