I am.  Small sprint.  1st race of the season due to grade 2 ankle spain and bone chip in left ankle.

I'm racing the long course at the Heart of the Lakes triathlon on Sunday. It's a perpetual MN favorite and I missed going last year. Long course is between a sprint and Olympic in distance.

My first Olympic of the season on Sunday - a first-year race in VT, so hopefully things will go smoothly. I'll be using the race to gauge my fitness for AG Natl's in about a month. Not that much info about the course, and since it's 2.5 hrs away not really a chance to pre-ride and run the course like I like to do for most races.
