That extra long bike ride (including detour) last Sat really helped my overall time, Shellee. Even if it did blow out my quads for the rest of the weekend.  Plus, and here's the kicker, here's part of an email message from Eric to me this morning, when I asked about a group ride this weekend, and whether we'd do it together or separately as training: Well, I was thinking that we would do the ride together since you're a lot stronger now and I'm not.
WOO HOO! Just one question, will my quads ever stop feeling tired?
