Pre-race routine:

Grabbed the boat to hang out in the sound post race. Did the packet pickup, Linda got bad because the massage people ignored here and didn't keep our appointment time.

The bike transition had a steep downhill you had to run with the bike. It sucked but I managed to sprint down the hill in my bike shoes with little issue. Could have busted my ass here.
