Just got the notice from the race organizers that the swim is being moved - should be interesting to see the changed course!

It's great that they have another option but it looks like we might be in the middle of the camping area which is sure to make long-weekend campers a little unhappy! 

Still, i am looking forward to racing - i've only done Guelph 1- and closing out the season!

I thought it was fine.  It was awesome, the transition zone was literally ten feet off the beach - no wicked run uphill like in the regular spot!  But there were drawbacks: 

1. More congested for parking in and out after the sprint (got in just fine) but took a long time to leave

2. There was an uphill run on the grass in bike shoes to get to the bike mount.  Which meant downhill on the way back.  A little dangerous/difficult.

Overall, it was a well-run, race, as always.  I had a great time and did well so what more can I ask for!
