Good morning BT Peeps!

4:15am:  was supposed to be a speed workout but during the warmup I could tell it just wasn't happenin'.  My legs needed some rest so instead a 45 minute walk and some stretching.  I'll move the speed workout to Friday.  I've learned that when my body says 'nope' it's better to listen rather than slog through a crappy workout.

Have a great day out there--keep warm!!!

My body says a big NO! to anything at 4:15 in the morning (with the exception of going to the bathroom)

wise to stop, you may have injured yourself

Sounds like where I was at on Monday. I was actually afraid I might fall asleep biking home from work, and it was only a one-mile trip! Fine today--75 minutes run at the slightly more humane hour of 5:15. Calling it a day now. Internet speed is awful and it's taken me more than two hours to do what should have been about 30 minutes of work on an assignment for my online course. Just tired of looking at a computer!

Always best to listen to your body!

5am- 6 mile run. Lower back was a little stiff so took it easy today.

Headed to the pool once I drop the kids off at school. Probably around 2500 and going to try to focus on lots of drills today!
Maybe some ST before hand while I wait for my friend to show up.

Have a great day everyone!

What a wonderful wednesday. Ran 45 minutes and found a bike path that I never knew about which took me past the big ship yard. It's one of those days that makes me wish I could bottle and sell my snot rockets. I tell you what I could quit my day job..

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
