There was a proposed rule change, but public outcry was so great that it never even made it to the table. Now we're working on extending the practice to both genders.

Yep, the Canadians DO require shirts. This is due to the offensiveness of the pasty white belly of the Canadian male.

If the women were topless, I dno't think that the men would have that problem.

I passed a guy on the bike on Sunday who was not only shirtless, but had a huge amount of back hair as well.  As I went by, I commented, "Nice sweater...does it come in a V-neck?"  I think it really cracked him up.

The difference being that you don't represent the USAT.  And that you're right.

Only if you are talking about the bird, and not using a slang term for a certain part of women's (and some men's) anatomy.
