Not complaining. We had over a week of 95-100 degree weather without any rain. Low 80s and wet actually is very nice for a change.

2hr 5 minutes on the trainer-easy Z2 throughout. My legs are still tired from Thursday’s zwift race so I doubt I could have done much more anyway.

Everyone have a safe and fun weekend!

2+ hrs so far on Kickr in group setting taking the place of a metric100 that got washed out. I'll do a quick test of the hammy on the treadmill before I get in the water for 30mins.

Looks like probably exactly the same tomorrow as the rain's here for the next couple of days. Good luck to all with weekend training..

I drove for 17 hours today. No training today, but I am excited to be on vacation for the next week.

10 Miles in yesterday, today if I am pretending it's Saturday.

Everything felt fine, the rest of the day was great and life continues to roll.

Oh yuck! That always takes it out of my legs for a couple days. Plus now it bothers my arm as well.

Actually was (mostly) sunny here but still having a cold front--highs in low 60's. Idaho really tends to have opposite weather from the rest of the country. Water was so cold at the pool I put on my mini wetsuit! 1800 yard swim AM; one hour run PM. Still felt like hideous crap on the latter--I had some really good runs in Eugene. Not sure if legs are still tied up from the drive back, my body (or mind?) just isn't happy to be back in Boise (where we don't have those great, safe wood chip trails), job-hunt related stress, trying gamely to break in some Hokas I bought last year but have just never developed a liking for, going off pretty powerful anti-inflammatories, or all of the above. Anyway, legs were not happy. One of those days.
