RR's will be great but for ease of tracking post your finish time here!  Great meeting a bunch of BT'ers and seeing everyone on course.

I came in at 5:34:28.  PR for me by 23:59!

I managed 5:03:23.  Better than expected, but a few minutes short of a PR.  Couldn't ask for a nicer day to race.  Now, if I could just learn how to swim...  ;-)

5:01:41 for me.

Had a good swim, was very relaxed. Lower HR than I usually have on the swim. Bike felt good. But the run sucked. My legs (quads) were just dead the whole run and the entire time was painful.

If I'd run what I'd been expecting to run ( based on training ) I would have gone about 4:50'ish. Oh well, in perspective, having a bad day and still managing 5:01 is not too bad.

08:29:27 pr'ed by 14:35. I did Rockman in 8:44:02

I had bike troubles that almost knocked me out of the race. I almost lost one of my cleats on my shoes. I had to steal of screw from the other shoe and put it on the other because my left shoe only have 1 screw in it and I could not unclip. My knee was starting to hurt from time to time on the bike. So the run I really did not push too hard in order to avoid injury. Last night I was having problems walking but today its not too bad and I think I will recover quickly.

Good new is I never got off my bike to walk up any hills. I was stuggling on them near the end but I was able to get up all of them.

6:24:12.

Ehhh, about 9 minutes slower than last year. And I rode my bike like it was on fire. This resulted in a run that was actually mostly a walk.

I don't know what to say... I was hoping for a 6:00 but would have been happy with 6:14. I did have a very nice bike split, though, if I do say so myself.

Heh. Oh well.

My first HIM:  6:12:54.

Totally pleased with this... was going to be happy with anything under 6:30, so this was great!  Probably pushed too hard on the bike which cost me on the run, though.  Live and learn!

Dumpster caught me about 3 minutes into the bike. But I expected him to catch me early... I only had 6 minutes on him and he's a faster swimmer than I am.

Schmize caught me around mile... 30?

I don't think anyone else caught me... or if they did, they didn't say... Laughing
