  • Comments: This is a fantastic event. My entire family does it every year and we love it! You don't mess with Tradition. All overall statistics are for Females only. They gave me the results sorted by gender.

  • Comments: The only downside to the race would be that it is busy. You have to make sure you start right up where you should be on the start line (maybe even slightly ahead of your pace). Many people start up near the front that shouldnt.

  • Comments: It is a fundraiser for the NICU that my wife works for, It is a great cause and I love to do it. Next year they will do it with me, they all promised.

  • Comments: This race is a great community event. It is not the best Race to get great time in, but it is a nice event for families to attend to celebrate their Mom and the family in general.

  • Comments: Volunteers were excellent. Well organized for such a big race. Excellent entertainment on the course - belly dancers, salsa dancers, drummers, Dixieland band.

  • Comments: I had a great race... the weather was beautiful... I spent time with my friends and my husband... there were loads of people feeling healthy and motivated all around me. Some factors could have changed the outcome, but they didn't... so it was a great race. This race is probably the most popular race in Calgary and attracts a TON of people. If you don't like kids, or non elite athletes, this race is NOT for you! But if you like being in the throng and having people sitting on their front lawns spraying you with the house and serving strawberries on course, then try it out!
