Champion  9600     Fountain Hills, AZ |  Subject: Merry Christmas to all........Well, It's just a few days away now and I wanted to be the first to wish all my fellow BT'ers a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. This is a wonderful community and it has been a pleasure and a privilege to share 2007 with you all. I have made many good friends here and have learned so much from you all. I am very thankful for that and for all of your support for me as I went on my personal quest. Here is to a healthy, happy 2008, may all your races be PR's... or just have fun and be good to each other.  |

Mine is not off to the best start as we have had high winds overnight and I lost about 20 shingles. Now it is 10 degree wind chill and blowing snow and I get to freeze my carcus up on my roof. Merry Christmas around the world, and please keep our young (and older) men and women serving in far-flung places in your hearts as you know they'll be missing the tree and the family dinner and hanging with their friends and all. Today's Schedule for us includes: 1) A bike ride along the Han River for Dad. 2) Take the kids skating at the outdoor rink in downtown Seoul when I get back. 3) Middle son doesn't want to miss his gym workout (upper body today), so will get him to the gym (when did 14 year olds get so hard core??!!) 4) Wife has a sort of last-minute shopping scavenger hunt planned, where we each draw a name and a color, and then have to go find the most relevant thing we can for $20 each.....should be fun. I hope the kids know I don't need any green socks. 5) Dinner out (probably Taco Bell -- or may go with the Korean barbecue) 6) Family movie 7) Call it a night and dream of being back home with our families........someday. (Oh and if you need a holiday smile -- depending on sense of humor I guess -- go to youtube and find the SNL skit with Samberg and Timberlake...."**** in a Box".) Enjoy, everyone!!
