Oooh- this is the highest up I've been! And I don't even know what my workout is going to be, haha! Not sure if I'm working out, as I'm dropping my boyfriend off to the airport and finishing up getting one more present for my dad. I sure am enjoying the day off from work though! Happy Holidays y'all!

Well, techniquely it's Christmas on my side of the world (12:29am), so...Merry X'mas!!

I had my 9km slow run tonight, put my X'mas present together (Cycleops Fluid2) and went out for some drinks with friends.  I guess I'd better go to bed before Santa gets here!!  Oh, can't forget the milk and cookies...wait...this is Japan...maybe he wants sake and sushi!?!?

Goodnight everyone.  Merry Christmas!

I slept in (that was nice!).  Haven't decided on my workout - either swimming or running.  Or finish shopping

Today is supposed to be a swim and weight training day according to my plan, but still taking some time off from the pool to rest the shoulder.  Hopefully, I can get at least something done at home weight training wise. It won't be the greatest leg workout (don't have real heavy weight available at home) but I can put in the time and work out the upper body and for sure do the shoulder exercises to make sure it stays on the path to recovery.

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!!! :-)

Garage workout for me... push-ups, sit-ups, barbell curls, overhead press, 8-count body builders, jump rope (old school Rocky stuff) . Maybe the neighborhood 3mile loop in a little bit.

Feliz Navidad!!!!! did my fitness camp this am-and brought the children..there were 5 there, ages 5-10.. one mile warm up run, followed by 1 hour of resistance bands and stretching...my daughter, who is 5, had amazing endurance for the 1 mile run...she ran (with 2 walks) the whole way, often at a 10 min. mile pace, in flip flops!!! I've psyched to get her running.

hoping to ride the bike today, but everything is starting to happen quickly...

Wow, was it ever nice to sleep in today! My long, 2:12, bike ride is on tap, after I eat some lunch. Then it's wrapping some more presents and watching the Vikings spank the Packers.

Merry Christmas, everyone! (Even all you Packer fans )

Did a bit more of 2000yds swimming primarily TI drills. It was pretty good and I am getting back into rhythm. For all those fortunate to spend the Holidays with your family and beloved ones, enjoy it very much! For those who can’t CHEER UP, there are others like me in the same boat ;-)
Unfortunately due to work I wasn't able to travel to see my family and all of my friends are with their families... So I am keeping my self busy organizing my training plan

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
