Because according to her FB it only happened about 3 hours ago.  ;-)

And she really didn't talk about it anywhere. There was just a mention on FB a couple of days ago that she was "cleared" by a Dr. to race it. I think she kept it really low key this time.

I'm glad she kept it low key - we ALL love her but that has to add a LOT of stress knowing we are all stalking her

Which IM did she do? Or did she make it a DIY? I can certainly understand the urge to keep it low-key after we've tracked and discussed her races on numerous occasions. She's a trooper for never giving up, plus training in conditions that I know all too well. Personally I would probably be done in by one "public" DNF and stop even sharing my goals or attempts until I succeeded!

BUSSELTON - about a 3 hour drive from Perth where her man lives. She attempted this race last year. Got cut off on the run.

She has made peace with IM. Well done Yanti.

I can't say it enough, the feeling of treading water for that final minute, helicopters over head, Mike Riley's Iron-voice over the P.A. - just awesome. I cannot believe I'm here!

So after about 10,000 emails, dozens of phone calls, and one pre-race pasta dinner, the 1st meeting of the Steve's in a triathlon finally arrived.
