I enjoyed TNG.

But only after that slag blonde-haired chica was killed off. I honestly can't remember her name right now, which indicates how much I didn't like her character.

Something Crosby??  I dunno, I felt the same way.  At least Data got his groove on with her.

Riiiiight. Denise Crosby. What was her name on the show, though? Anyway, she was annoying. She was also the mom in `Pet Semetary' and was dispatched by the evil little kid. She can't seem to survive in any film or show!

Isn't she Tasha Yar? I agree - annoying.

I watched the first episode with my kids and after making such a fuss over how excited I was, I found myself a bit embarrassed over how terrible that first episode was. The kids were judging me, I fear.

Nice remember!  If only 7 of 9 was cast in her role...(not in pet cemetery)

Geesh...177 episodes to watch...I am so far behind as it is.  I have 4 Netflix at home that have been sitting there for 3 months, the DVR is fluctuating between 7-9%.  I fear I need another torn ACL or broken leg to hole me up for 2 weeks.

Which is better, Star Trek or Star Trek: TNG?

I added it on monday when I saw it lol.  Then when I saw that Jonathan Frakes directed a couple episodes of The Glades, which my wife enjoys, I was on wiki..  Anyway, Netflix has TNG on instant for a 2 year contract starting July 1, with an option to renew for another 2 years.

I think the last episode of Next Gen is my favorite finale to any TV series, especially if you have time invested in the characters and saw the first episode. Better than most movies IMO.

All good things...

I have to go with TNG

Picard versus Kirk - Picard wins in brawn and brains.

Data versus Spock - Data wins hands down.

But...ut oh you have to ask yourself, which is cooler.  While  Picard is drinking Earl Grey, Kirk is schtooping green ladies...

I gotta go with Giordi - He's got a better education at this point.  But if I do recall, Scotty did teach him a thing or two during their mash-up.    But still...

Spock is way cooler than Data.
Scotty > Geordie.
Bones (I'm a doctor, not a ...) over Crusher anyday!

The good news is Ensign Jones always dies, no matter which generation it is.
