My new bike needs a name

It would have been better had you given us a hint as to what your passions are, history, politics, geology, ancient literature, or whatever.  But here are a few names, just for the heck of it:

Amadeus (Mozart), musical

Alexander (the Great), a conqueror

Durace (Djure-ass), a Klingon

Plato, a philosopher

Merc (short for Mercury), god of speed

John, Paul, George, or Ringo (the Beatles), pop name

I like Amadeus.  As for my passions, Gator football, my family, and work.  I had a minor in music at UF and enjoy most forms of music.

1. Jody - My 1986 Cannondale. Big, strong tubing, and a stiff saddle. Very unforgiving. Not good for the long haul. But very exciting for short periods of time.
   
2. Amy - My 2000 Klein mountainbike. Twin sister of Jody... same color scheme, same oversided tubing as Jody. But a bit more laid back. Much more adaptable.
   
3. Debra - My 2003 Softride Classic TT - Nice lines. Very plush. The kind of lady I could spend a lot of time with. But still a bit quirky. Definitely built for the long haul. (Debra is actually Debra from "Everybody Loves Raymond", not a "real" woman :-))
   
4. Gracie - My 2004 Specialized Langster fixed gear bike - Gracie is a friend's dog (the dog is fixed, the bike is fixed... get it?)
   
5. [unnamed] - My 2001 KHS dual suspension mountainbike. The bike still hasn't found a name yet. I've [known] two women who's personalities are similar, but not similar enough to justify having a bike named after them.
   

Alright, already.  The reflectors are off!!  I didn't even notice that they were on there,  until I started getting comments about them. 

I don't think my husband would think to kindly of naming the bike after the ex's in my life.  Plus, they are ex's for a reason--none of them are good enough to have MY bike bear their name.  :-)

I was going to suggest BOB! I always get into these threads too late! Great minds think alike. I like Bob the Bike... and if you don't use it.... I WILL!!!

I dunno.... Kinda looks like a Roy to me. Or how about Dustin... as in leavin' the competition in the dust!
