To follow up on my previous thread, I did indeed receive an offer for my house.  After a quick counter offer (for a couple extra thousand dollars, needed an updated pre approval letter, asking for a day of occupancy after closing), they accepted, and I'm officially in the process of completing the sale of my house!  It's only taken 11 months.

YIPEEE!!!

I'm going to be staying in the Milwaukee area for a bit (still need to wrap up current job, and I have a summer full of tris already)..then I will contemplate my nomadic adventure.

To add to the speed of things...I already have pretty close to dibs on a nifty apartment in Milwaukee.  When things move in my life, they move FAST!

Hey...check out Ripon (my alma matter), when I was there, there was a bar for every 1000 people in town!! There was also a great little college too.
