Subject: RE: what is your height and weight?6'0" or so and 157ish usually. Down from a flabby 180 three years ago when I was getting manboobs. I'm really not interested in losing more weight though apparently I can (I was at 154 this morning... ) When people comment that you look too skinny or ask you if you've been sick recently, you're probably within 5 or 10 pounds of your ideal weight. Its odd, but as a society we've gotten so used to seeing overweight people that 20 lbs overweight looks normal, 10 lbs overweight looks skinny, and ideal weight looks sickly! I don't count calories. I try to eat only when I'm hungry and try to avoid unhealthy snacks. I don't drink calories except for OJ in the morning, some gatorade during longer workouts, and some soy milk as a recovery drink. I keep a bowl of apples, bananas, and trail mix in my office so I'm snacking on healthy stuff and I'm not overly hungry when lunch and dinner come along. Brian |
