Subject: RE: Drunkercising...You mentioned "Knocking back a few beers", so in my mind that is not drunk, maybe a little buzzed. I semi-regularly come home form work, pour a pint of IPA draft and spin on my indoor trainer for 30 minutes. This allows me to maintain some sort of physical fitness while unwinding mentally as well.
