I clicked the link on this page then it showed the different teams?  found the womens and there it was!

OK, I had to search a bit but I have the spreadsheet now.  I eneteed some goals, but I'm still thinking about it today...  I'm torn between what my plan says I should do (which seems a bit high to me) and a reasonable increase from last month.  So far, I'm sticking with a reasoanble increase...

Hello Ladies!

I put down my goals into the spreadsheet.  Kinda weird - this is my first challenge month where I am not run-focused!  I'm actually taking a break from running for 3 weeks to recover from my marathon last weekend... so 1 week down, 2 more no-run weeks left. 

This month, my focus will be to start swimming on a regular basis and increase my bike base.  I also included some minimal running toward the end of the month and a few strength & yoga sessions for balance & recovery.

First challenge on a team in close to a year.....need to set goals yet.  Start my HIM training plan in the middle of the month and have a Century ride next week so I'll load up goals after looking over the training plan.
