Subject: RE: Women's May Challenge ThreadHello Ladies! I put down my goals into the spreadsheet. Kinda weird - this is my first challenge month where I am not run-focused! I'm actually taking a break from running for 3 weeks to recover from my marathon last weekend... so 1 week down, 2 more no-run weeks left. This month, my focus will be to start swimming on a regular basis and increase my bike base. I also included some minimal running toward the end of the month and a few strength & yoga sessions for balance & recovery. |
